Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at support@KneeAura.store. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with your order. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery delays

Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, customs, incorrect address details, peak periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order appears damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within the applicable delivery estimate, contact us at support@KneeAura.store with your order number and delivery details. We will help investigate with the carrier and review the matter under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
